Open, Honest and responsive
Ben helped me and my partner buy our first house. As we were fairly new to the property market, Ben was very helpful and we felt like we had him on our side. He was easy to communicate with, and provided a flexibility for meetings and inspections outside of work hours to suit us (and even our building inspectors schedule). Ben was genuine, open and honest throughout the process, making us feel very comfortable with the purchase. Thanks Ben.

True to his word
I purchased an investment property off Colin Miller in 2014 and at the time I remember saying that if I was ever to sell my own property Colin is the agent I would want to engage. So when it came to selling my family home in 2017, I contacted Colin to seek his assistance. Colin's initial appraisal was beyond our expectations, which I must admit when selling a small acreage, in a difficult market, left me a little hesitant. However, true to his word, we ended up with a sale price in excess of that initial appraisal, which for me demonstrated Colin's understanding of that difficult market. For this and for the ease of the entire process of sale, I can't thank Colin enough and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling.

An Agent you can Trust
Colin is, in no uncertain terms, a genius! We had previous dealings with Colin after looking at a property he had listed to sell. As a prospective buyer, we immediately warmed to Colin; we trusted him and he was nothing but honest and open with us whilst we were inquiring into the property. Although that property was not for us, he sure did stick in our minds. Fast forward several months, and we needed to sell on of our properties... and fast! I called Colin and, long story short, everything was set up ready to go to market within four business days. However... Colin managed to sell our property even before it officially hit the market by drawing on prospective buyers from a property he had just recently sold in the same suburb. Not only did Colin save us money on advertising costs, but he also secured a contract a whooping 8% up and above our expected sale price! Throughout the process, Colin listened to, and understood our needs. He happily communicated by text message, and gave us a no fuss, straight down the line service, which is exactly what we wanted and asked for. Give Colin Miller a Call, (we are glad we did.)
As we had a very unique property, a Brand new house on acreage in an area with limited sales over the past 5 years, we were unsure of what our house was actually worth.
