Very Efficient

Colin as an agent
We met Colin for the first time at an inspection. We were pleased with his information and his ability to communicate and establish empathy with both my wife and myself. He established a time frame for providing advice to us and met that on every occasion. At no time were we left in the dark. The best agent in Hobart!
Ben Vance was quick to call me and gave me valuable insight as to what was needed to sell my property. He thoroughly explained the process then went about assisting me with tradesmen & property styling. He was not only thorough but open, honest with an easy & pleasant communication style. I immediately felt comfortable after the initial consultation & knew Ben was up to the job and he did NOT disappoint! My property sold within a week!
