Louise and the team at Harcourts were great from the get go. Willing from the beginning to show us through the house. Happy to answer any and every question we had. Awesome communication and very eager to resolve any quarrels we had. It had been a rocky road in our house hunt but Louise made it as enjoyable as possible. She kept us in the loop right up until settlement and was even happy to come and open up the garage when our dishwasher decided to arrive before settlement!
