One of the very few good agents left out there. After having had several bad experiences with other agents, we were glad to have found at the very end the right house through the right agent. Polite and honest person, not pushy, willing to help in addressing doubts/requests. With other agents I mostly stuck to my initial offer, feeling hostile in offering more due to the nasty games they were playing on us. With Tim, I ended up offering a bit more than my initial offer and it felt like it was the right thing to be done.
