I first met Tim when my kids started going to the local school, he was always polite abd very punctual, when I heard he went out on his own I thought I’d give him a go. Well I was not disappointed, from the very beginning he was always professional and Puntual always on top of what needed to be done to make it a smooth and easy process. We sold our house with out a worry and with no hassle can’t recommend Tim enough.

We can't thank Tim enough for the wonderful experience we had when buying our new house in Roleystone. We had been looking in the hills for about a year and so had met numerous agents during that time- but none as genuine as Tim! Throughout the process he was open, communicative and went above and beyond for us. He even brought forward a final inspection to late on a Friday night to get it done before a lockdown to ensure we settled without delays. Now that we see Tim around town- nothing has changed! He's still the same genuine, community minded neighbor. We have (without reservation) recommended Tim to friends looking to buy in the same area and when it comes time for us to sell/buy again he will be the first person we reach out to.
