Chris and I have had many transactions, from my perspective as both a Buyer and Seller, of properties in the Bulimba and Inner East region. I have always found his knowledge and understanding of the Bulimba market to be excellent. I highly recommend him and his team for any real-estate activities.

Chris took the time to understand what I was looking for in a property and to my surprise contact me the next week to tell me he had found it! The market is crazy right now so I had thought it might have been impossible to find a property that ticked every box, let alone within 1 week! Forever grateful, I could not recommend Chris highly enough!

Through a combination of efficiency, professionalism and experience, Chris had cultivated a relationship of trust that, over an 8 year period, resulted in his facilitating both the purchase as well as the eventual sale of our first home in Bulimba. Chris' good humour, local knowledge and can-do attitude is a real asset to any prospective buyer or seller. Notwithstanding him being an All Blacks supporter (the only criticism I can offer), I can highly recommend recruiting Chris to facilitate your property journey.

We had tried selling with another agent previously and the whole experience was stressful and unpleasant. Chris is easy to deal with, realistic and knowledgeable of the local market. He does not use pressure tactics and is honest in his dealings. He personally attends to the listing rather than landing listings and handing them off to others so you get the full benefit of his experience. We bought the house from him 7 years ago and then sold with him at auction. We are happy with the result and suspect the buyer also walked away happy which is a good example of an overall professional and satisfying experience.

Chris was down to earth and provided a very high level of customer service with all communications that I had with him when interacting with him as a buyer. He is very knowledgeable of the buying and selling requirements, and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Overall Chris made the buying process very easy and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

We recently purchased our home through Chris from Harcourts Bulimba & have to say without question one of the best agents we have dealt with over the years. No clichéd pushy real estate salesman rubbish whatsoever, just a completely authentic & open guy who throughout the process showed a genuine interest for us as buyers & for the vendors. It was a very genuine interest in both parties walking away feeling respected, happy & excited about the transactions. He was relaxed (but completely professional), flexible, enthusiastic (without being remotely overbearing) & really just a bloody great bloke to deal with throughout the whole process. Simply can't recommend Chris highly enough !!

Chris has significant knowledge of the local market and is an experienced real estate professional. He communicates frequently and works hard to achieve the best results for his client. Chris went above and beyond to guide me on works that were required prior to placing the property on the market and provided frank and honest feedback at each point. I was extremely satisfied with his service, cooperation and the result with the sale. I would use him again without hesitation and would recommend him to any seller that wants to get the best results for their property.

I met Chris Lawson in March 2020, as the estate agent selling a property in Hawthorne, QLD. I found Chris to be a great communicator, always quick to respond to any enquirers no matter how big or small, and was always willing to provide open and clear feedback. As the seller's representative, Chris was very open and honest in dealings, and was open to any any proposals required to be communicated to the owners and was always very to reply. Chris went out of his way to accommodate non-routine requests and I was always able to gauge from him how an honest response on how the sale was progressing. I would definitely recommend using the services of Chris Lawson, a highly skilled estate agent for your next property sale, if you would like it to go smoothly.
