I met Chris Lawson in March 2020, as the estate agent selling a property in Hawthorne, QLD. I found Chris to be a great communicator, always quick to respond to any enquirers no matter how big or small, and was always willing to provide open and clear feedback. As the seller's representative, Chris was very open and honest in dealings, and was open to any any proposals required to be communicated to the owners and was always very to reply. I was very impressed with Chris. He was professional, approachable and earned my trust and confidence right from the beginning. Chris was upfront with his advice, it was balanced, realistic and in the end spot on in terms of selling our property quickly and attracting the best possible price for it. My approach to selling our property was 'I know how to teach, Chris knows how to sell as property' and he did not let us down.
