Chris was upfront with his advice, it was balanced, realistic and in the end spot on in terms of selling our property quickly and attracting the best possible price for it. My approach to selling our property was 'I know how to teach, Chris knows how to sell as property' and he did not let us down. Our property was beautifully presented (on Chris' advice), well marketed and the selling strategy Chris put in place worked very well. Chris was very knowledgeable for the best and most effective marketing strategies. He displayed the property in a manner that emphasised the property's inherently strong points beyond what we would have emphasised; showing points that we had not considered. He made the marketing, selling and contractual tasks simple and straightforward. The property sold for 16% above what another agent considered to be the best price. This amounted to several tens of thousands of dollars more.
