We had tried selling with another agent previously and the whole experience was stressful and unpleasant. Chris is easy to deal with, realistic and knowledgeable of the local market. He does not use pressure tactics and is honest in his dealings. He personally attends to the listing rather than landing listings and handing them off to others so you get the full benefit of his experience. We bought the house from him 7 years ago and then sold with him at auction. We are happy with the result and suspect the buyer also walked away happy which is a good example of an overall professional and satisfying experience.

We recently purchased our home through Chris from Harcourts Bulimba & have to say without question one of the best agents we have dealt with over the years. No clichéd pushy real estate salesman rubbish whatsoever, just a completely authentic & open guy who throughout the process showed a genuine interest for us as buyers & for the vendors. It was a very genuine interest in both parties walking away feeling respected, happy & excited about the transactions. He was relaxed (but completely professional), flexible, enthusiastic (without being remotely overbearing) & really just a bloody great bloke to deal with throughout the whole process.
