Our appointment to view the property was with Jason. He was punctual and professional in his manner. He was very polite and easy to talk to, answered all our questions on the spot. Mia (sorry if I got the name wrong) in the front office , not only a fountain of information but an enormous help with all the paperwork and online information the needed completing. I am sure I would not have been able to get it all done without her help. Property Manager, Emma, was unfortunately on leave during this period but did keep abreast with what was going on. Harcourt team were easy to deal with. You have to make a booking to be able to see the property manager. I learnt this after dropping in to work out paying bond and rent the first time. Christine was very easy to deal with. The App system used is good but for some reason my comments and photos on the Entry Report haven’t saved and I have to drop back in to sort this out as there was a lot more items found when I did the entry report that were not noted on Harcourts report. Chris has been very helpful with resolving any maintenance issue request found on entry to the property on the commencement of the 12mth lease.
