As an inter state investor for the first time - one of the biggest fear that one has is to find a trusted, reliable and dependable partner to help manage the property. I had the privilege of engaging with the New Customer Business team members from Harcourts - Chanara, Tahnee & Liam for my newly purchased property at Townsville - and I could not have asked for a better experience. The team went way beyond their duty and provided excellent summary of the condition of the house (pre settlement as well) - meticulous details, photographs and guidance towards what needs to be prioritized. Liam was kind enough to help take me through the property on the day of the settlement as well. Both Chanara and Tahnee were excellent with their communication - clear, concise and assuring responses to all the queries and concerns. Ingrid my property manager has been an excellent service ambassador with her prompt responses, attention to detail, execution and provide timely updates and responses to all queries and communication. Last but not the least - Ben for having such an excellent and professional team to manage the properties - best wishes for you and the team and all of you in one way or other have gone above and beyond to help me with my settlement of property as well as managing it currently and Thank you very much for this.

Manager reached out to tell me my new address is not ready, but unforntunately I expressed I needed it to be as I have to hand in my current keys next week. She arranged for bond clean to be done today but did not communicate this to me. I phoned office today and found out by reception that the cleaners picked up keys today. Happy to find out that everything is ok to go ahead. Communication even if via email would have been appreciated.

We applied for 45 rental properties altogether (the market is crazy right now). And the only agency that took less than a week to get back to us with an answer was Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville. Not only less than a week, but we got accepted for a rental the same day that we applied. We also had the most lovely agent handle everything for us who was helpful and knowledgeable. Forget ray white who wastes all of your time and never responds or Belle who takes two weeks to give you an answer, Harcourts is SO fantastic. Clearly a great bunch of people working there if it is so effective with great communication.
