Sarah kept on top of the application and kept me informed on what was going on. She was just as excited as me when it was approved and got everything sorted so I could get the keys. Was very nice to have someone that cared and helped however they could.

I moved to Harcourts from another agency and what a difference that has made to my peace of mind as a landlord! They have proper systems in place to make it easy for me to approve jobs that need doing and they communicate extremely well, quick and efficient, keeping both sides happy as can be! I am super impressed and will be staying for the long haul.

It was an easy process to get a first look at the property and once we were approved they even made time for a second look through before our accepting. Roommate and I really appreciated it and am super keen to rent with this agency!

I’ve been with Harcourts Kingsberry for property management for the better part of a decade. I have been lucky to be assigned to Ingrid and I couldn’t be happier with the service. She is professional, responsive, and proactive when it comes to both tenant management and property maintenance. Communication is clear and timely, and I always feel informed and confident that my property is in good hands. Any issues are handled quickly, with a balanced approach that looks after both the tenant’s comfort and the long-term value of the property. Highly recommend for any landlord looking for reliable, stress-free property management

In particular Samantha Giess has done an excellent job in selecting tenants and keeping us abreast of requirements to maintain the property both tenant and maintenance wise. Whenever we’ve needed to contact Ben Kingsbury, he’s responded positively and promptly. We would have no hesitation in placing the property in their sales wing when it comes to selling.
