Manager reached out to tell me my new address is not ready, but unforntunately I expressed I needed it to be as I have to hand in my current keys next week. She arranged for bond clean to be done today but did not communicate this to me. I phoned office today and found out by reception that the cleaners picked up keys today. Happy to find out that everything is ok to go ahead. Communication even if via email would have been appreciated.

Not only less than a week, but we got accepted for a rental the same day that we applied. We also had the most lovely agent handle everything for us who was helpful and knowledgeable. Forget ray white who wastes all of your time and never responds or Belle who takes two weeks to give you an answer, Harcourts is SO fantastic. Clearly a great bunch of people working there if it is so effective with great communication.
