This is the first time that I am renting in Australia, after owning my own place for a long time. Still waiting on a “minimum housing standards” issue to be fixed. Been leased for 4 weeks. House was extremely dirty in certain parts. Poor communication throughout the experience. Had to spend our own money fix big things around the house.
