At every step of the process renting our house out, all members that we communicated with at Harcourts responded professionally and with exceptional time. Every question was answered, every enquiry was followed up and our house was rented out sooner than we thought (even through a weather disaster). Our house was checked in on and we felt comfortable and at ease with who we had left our property with. Highly recommended.

Since engaging with Harcourts, we have experienced exceptional service. Ingrid, our property manager, has been proactive from the outset. The property was promptly listed for rent immediately after settlement, demonstrating their efficiency. Their professionalism has been outstanding, and we highly recommend their services.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by team at Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville. Despite having no tenants initially, they worked tirelessly to find a suitable one for our investment property. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed with regular updates, including photos of the property, which helped ease any concerns we had. Given the unpredictable weather and recent floods in the area, we were especially relieved to know that they were keeping a close eye on the property and taking the necessary steps to ensure it was well-maintained. Their attention to detail and proactive approach truly gave us peace of mind, knowing our investment was in great hands. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property management team!
