Harcourts Kingsbury took on my rental property with a number of issues in place that the last agency ignored/neglected. Ingrid has worked tirelessly to assist me in getting the property cleaned and organised and ready for new tenants. Her dedication and hard work has seen my property turn around. I have the greatest confidence that the team at Harcourts cares about what they do and care about maintaining the property as you would as a landowner. I’d highly recommend this agency… and Ingrid as a property manager!

I had an exceptional experience with Chanara and Ingrid as my property agents. Their thorough knowledge of the local area—down to street level and even public housing zones—was truly impressive and invaluable in making informed decisions. The onboarding process was seamless, making the entire experience stress-free. Thanks to their expertise and proactive approach, my property was leased out in a remarkably short period of time. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend Chanara and Ingrid to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable property agents.
