I was looking to purchase a property in Townsville from overseas and had engaged Harcourts Kingberry Townsville for the pre-purchase inspections and subsequent management of the property. Chanara was my main point of contact with Liam conducting the inspections of the properties. In a hot market, you want your representative to respond quickly to act on potential properties and that is exactly what happened. Chanara was super fast in conducting a desktop assessment and provide a rental appraisal and feedback on the property, while Liam would conduct property inspections at a day's notice. Paige stepped in when Chanara wasn't available for any reason or when I had needed quotes for renovation. I found Chanara, Paige and Liam to be very knowledgeable of the rental markets, the type of tenants the property would attract, property due diligence, contacts for renovations etc. The transition of ownership and property management was also done seamlessly. It was a one stop shop for all things property management related. I valued this service very much as I live overseas and everything was easy to get done through the Harcourts team. I had a great experience working with Chanara and the team and I'd definitely recommend Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville for anyone who is looking for property management services in the Townsville area.

Highly experienced and professional team to manage the property removing all the worries an interstate investors usually feels. My property was promptly inspected pre settlement, prepared for tenant inspections, advertised and rented out exactly one week from settlement. I needed to move to start a new job pretty quickly and Harcourts were amazing. They were one of the few to agents to actually contact me about properties I enquired about, offered a private inspection of one they thought would match my needs, and were super flexible with me moving from out of town. Between applying and signing a contract there was only 4 days. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent! They made what could have been a very stressful experience super simple and successful.
