It was my first time in 8 years I had to find a property and my realestate at my other house are not helpful to me at all and have not even offer me help in any way. When I viewed the property the young man ( Liam) was so lovely and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I ask him, I was so grateful for that, I had no idea in what I was doing when looking for a rental or what I had to do ( fill out application first ) until he answered my question . So thank you it’s important to be approachable . When I received a offer for this rental I was so happy :) you have no idea. It was nice as well that the owner let me move in on a later date ( my other realestate is not letting me out of my lease 3 weeks early) and my property manager (Teegan) was so helpful and answered any question and so easy to speak to.
