My vacant property was for sale on an open listing. Harcourts held open homes each Saturday for nearly 3 months. Harcourts objected to my direct control through Property Now of my Realestate.com ad. The ad was upgraded to a premium listing at my cost. Harcourts objected to me lowering the price. Every open house they wanted was added to the ad. Harcourts failed to present a single offer. The sales team did not meet my expectations. Rented out with Harcourts and property management team has met my expectations.

We have been in contact with Harcourts for a couple of months now regarding assisting us in finding the right investment property until it is rented out. The total time period was around 4 months. We are in Brisbane, and the Harcourts team is in Townsville, and we were looking to buy a property in Townsville. From the beginning, the new business team, including Paige, Liam, and Chanara, were helpful, kind, and prompt in their responses, willing to analyze the properties for us. It was a breeze for us to buy the property remotely. Then the leasing team at Harcourts, including Liam, Bianca and other leasing team members, took care of taking professional photos, advertising the property and arranging inspections. They arranged continuous inspections, and within 2 weeks, the property was tenanted.
