This is my 2nd investment with them which I had absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Emma Minelli & Sarah Christiansen have been instrumental in my investment journey and have made it very enjoyable with no stress. I trust Emma and the team completely with decisions they make as I know they have my best interest in mind. They've managed to source, interview and place tenants and manage all facits for this property twice now (After first tenant had to break lease), with minimal time my property being empty. Not to mention someone moving in only days after settlement. Customer service is on point - I never really have to wait for any answers from them, they'll communicate if there are any issues and come back to me quickly on any of my queries. The landlord portal which I'm able to access is very intuitive. It gives me information on all my properties i.e. repairs, invoices, rent statements etc which is handy I've also just received an EOFY statement back from their team member Vicky Bell with totals for rent and expenses which with make adding my properties to my tax return this year a breeze. I had few questions about the statement for my tax and she explained everything to me the same day to give me peace of mind. Looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, customer focused and mostt importantly friendly team of property managers? I would look no further than Harcourts Townsville. 5 star review for a 5 star team!

I have had my properties managed by Harcourts for over 10years & have always had the highest standard of service from the property managers. It was my first time in 8 years I had to find a property and my realestate at my other house are not helpful to me at all and have not even offer me help in any way. When I viewed the property the young man ( Liam) was so lovely and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I ask him, I was so grateful for that, I had no idea in what I was doing when looking for a rental or what I had to do ( fill out application first ) until he answered my question . So thank you it’s important to be approachable . When I received a offer for this rental I was so happy :) you have no idea. It was nice as well that the owner let me move in on a later date ( my other realestate is not letting me out of my lease 3 weeks early) and my property manager (Teegan) was so helpful and answered any question and so easy to speak to. It’s nice to be able to speak to your realestate and feel comfortable. Thank you and thank you to the owner .
