Bought an investment property away from where we live. The team at Harcourts Kingsberry were very helpful in the acquisition phase suggesting quality suburbs, doing rental appraisals, offering to inspect as we were buying site unseen. Very quick to list online once a contract was signed and begun inspections prior to settlement. After settlement the property manager team were helpful in arranging trades quickly prior to our tenants moving in. Like that there's an online site to keep track of incomings and outgoings plus a fortnightly statement emailed to us. Only one instance that could have been improved is confirmation that the requested maintenance work had been completed otherwise everything has been great thus far!
