You are just a number as property owner. Takes about 2-3 days to get response for your phone call. Your property manager doesn't know you until you tell them everytime over the mobile phone who you are . ( Must be dealing with too many properties) Water bill (fix plan )which i am paying for tanent could have easily avoided by changing plan to (watchers ) But never advised . Being in the property business i expect property manager to advise on these matter but been told not tanents bill & i have to pay. because bill is on fix plan for x amount of little water. New business manager Scott was great help for to start with but once property leased & allocated to another property manager & sorry not impressed with service. Xx

While it did take a month to have a tenant move in from when the property became available, the agent kept us informed along the way of what was going on when some applicants withdrew their applications after being accepted. Now that the tenants are in the property, no effort is required from us as landlords. Our bimonthly statements come through on time and that night we receive our payments in our bank account. Kingsberry take care of it all for us. The agent is even liaising with our preferred trades to have some work done in the property we requested. Having previously been a tenant of Kingsberry 10 years ago, I was so happy with them as my agent I chose them when I had a rental property of my own. Everyone at Kingsberry has been very professional throughout our dealings with them over our 6-month lead in time from when we got our first evaluation to when we advertised the property for rent.
