You are just a number as property owner. Takes about 2-3 days to get response for your phone call. Your property manager doesn't know you until you tell them everytime over the mobile phone who you are . ( Must be dealing with too many properties) Water bill (fix plan )which i am paying for tanent could have easily avoided by changing plan to (watchers ) But never advised . Being in the property business i expect property manager to advise on these matter but been told not tanents bill & i have to pay. because bill is on fix plan for x amount of little water. New business manager Scott was great help for to start with but once property leased & allocated to another property manager & sorry not impressed with service. Xx
