Handled everything. No complaints, would recommended to anyone
My experience with Harcourts has been fantastic, they handled everything including the pre-purchase inspection. They had a tenant secured within two weeks of settlement and also achieved the rental return they have provided guidance on. They know the market well.

Amazing Service!
Scott, Sarah and Chanara have been fantastic! They are always available to answer any questions and are always willing to help in any way they can. They are very professional and their communication is second to none - Always quick to reply to an email which I love! I was able to get an additional $40 per week in rent due to their knowledge of the market. Would highly recommend to anyone needing property management services! Thanks team!

Great communication, extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with
Recently leased our investment property through Scott, Nikki and the team. We knew we had jobs to do prior to tenancy and Harcourts dealt with everything for us, which was great first impression. Highly efficient, great communication and kept in the loop all the way to occupancy. Would definitely use Harcourts Kingsberry again

Professional and competent
We recently selected Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville to manage our rental property. This decision was based on previous reviews. We can confidently confirm that we made the right choice. Scott's knowledge of the rental situation was outstanding, as was his familiarity with the area in which the house is located. Our interactions with him were all positive - friendly, approachable and professional. Louisa was also friendly, approachable and professional. We have high praise for her skills. Where do we begin? The team at Harcourts has been faultless. From the initial first meeting, Nikki & Scott were informative, professional and efficient. Just when we didn’t think it could get any better, Paris & Lauren came along! Keeping us well informed with enquiries, applications and viewings, the girls secured great tenants for our home within the week! The team as a whole are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. From the front office staff to management, We know our home is in great hands with Harcourts.

Our property manager Louisa has made the whole process so easy and really given us all the information we needed and was so lovely about it too! Easy to get into contact with and from what we’ve seen is great at her job! Glad we have finally got a property manager who cares about the tenants.
