I moved in about 6 weeks ago, when I first came for the inspection I noticed to 2 things that really stand out ( Broken cooktop & old carpet) I was told by my agent and the rental company that I would have to wait before moving in since they would take care of the issues listed above. I moved in with the surprise that they had replaced the carpet( brand new) but they had not taken care of the cook top. Long story short, it’s been 6 weeks and my cook top has not been fixed, there are also buckets of paint in my apartment from the guys who did the renovations. Funny enough whoever took care of the renovations forgot to paint the main bed room. Notice they did plaster and sanded the walls but they never painted them, who leaves a job half way?? I would definitely rate this rental company 1 out of 10! No transparency, insufficient and many other adjectives that have crossed my mind but I would never write over here. Funny enough they will bombard you with messages when it comes to paying the rent, when I try to contact them “My agent is always busy” they want you to pay the rent before time but they are not capable enough to deliver from their end.
