DANIELLA from Harcourt and her team are fantastic and could not do enough for you. Their knowledge of the rental market is excellent and they tell it as it is. There is no high rental figures that are not achievable and then tell you the market is bad and talk you into dropping the rent. I have dealt with DANIELLA for a number of years and would think twice if I were to leave Harcourt Real Estate unless DANIELLA left. I recommend Harcourt to anybody looking for an honest agency that provides good old fashioned service. There attitude is not only for the landlord but also the tenant to ensure there is a win-win for both which builds up a great relationship between landlord and tenant.
