Harcourts are very straight down the line and give you all the information you need and costs promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to lease and take care of all your problems. I live out of state so it’s a great relief to have them manage my property.

We have had bad experiences with other agents who have tended to treat their rental responsibilities as a necessary but irritating side of their business. So we have been pleasantly surprised that Harcourts obviously regards rental management as important. We particularly appreciated your prompt demonstration of that commitment at the beginning of the pandemic. Even before that , we had considered writing proactively to you to praise the services offered by Mikaele Horsnell. Ironically, Mikaele often has bad news for us (eg tenants leaving, features needing replacement etc.) but we have always been impressed by her honesty, pleasant manner, willingness to keep us fully informed and helpfulness. Presumably these are characteristics advocated and endorsed by the agency, so you can be assured that she represents them admirably. Long may it continue!
