I have to be chasing people to fix what is broken or needs to be fixed in my apartment. Which should be the property manager duty. I have never experienced anything like this. Am still waiting for response. I have no fans in my toilets and now my sisters toilet is getting mold on the back. I have send email for everything to be fixed instead, I have been told to chase the people who are meant to come fix it. I hope it's fixed soon. Because that's against any tenant agreement!!!

I had managed my property myself for the last ten years and with the right tenants it was easy but this time I decided to go via an agent as there were several things that needed to be done. I found Harcourts professional and great communicators they have had all the problems fixed and onto the market promptly. I must admit I approached another agent but didn’t like their attitude. Harcourts are very straight down the line and give you all the information you need and costs promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to lease and take care of all your problems. I live out of state so it’s a great relief to have them manage my property.
