Serena was amazing, she made the move into this apartment incredibly smooth and was always ready to help with anything. She was very understanding of my situation and supported me throughout the entire process. She was also very knowledgeable about the apartment, and prior to moving in, she kept me updated at all times, answering any questions I had, no matter how simple or small. When I moved in, she made sure to call maintenance to fix everything that needed repairs. Overall, Harcourts has shown incredible professionalism and communication.

Their ability and preparedness to find a mutually agreeable time for property inspections rather than a 'take it or leave it' approach as other agents do.
