Harcourts Move is a property management business only and for director of the business Sadhana Smiles it is the realisation of a dream to create a business that is focused on providing exceptional service to clients, creating a culture that people want to belong to and in her words “shaking up the industry by doing things differently”. Sadhana and her team put the client in the centre of their business and develop systems and processes not to suit them, but more to suit the client.
