In an industry replete with less than reputable practitioners, Joel is a breath of fresh air. I met him several years ago and he instantly struck me as being someone who was not only very personable, but also extremely knowledgeable about the Throsby basin. We have been in touch on and off since then but when the time came to sell our house, I was in no doubt whom to choose. After consideration I selected Harcourts on several grounds including recommendations of friends, past experience, presence in the marketplace and face-to-face interview and negotiation. Friends would probably describe me as "picky" where I may claim "focused" and even being focused, or picky, the experience was professional including the estimate of sell price, won some, lost some. Like many sales of your "home" it had its challenges that needed "steerage" of both the eventual buyer and to a lesser extent the seller (me) by the selling agent (Joel Soldado). It would be remiss of me not to mention his first class team of Belinda & Adam. The true test is would I use the Hardcourt agency again and the answer is I just acquired a replacement property and Harcourts again delivered for me.

We were very happy with Luke and the support and service he provided. Luke knew his stuff, was always positive and kept us informed with regular updates throughout the sale process. Luke was dealing with a lot of unknowns with the sale of our land as there were not a lot of comparable sales, however he set realistic expectations and delivered on all his promises. I would recommend Luke for anyone looking to sell property or land.
