I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time both selling and buying and I must say Adam was the best I have come across. I made it clear early that I was interested and didn't want any of the "classic" real estate agent mumbo jumbo regarding the status of the property and price. Adam was exactly this, a straight shooter who said it like it was. The communication was above and beyond and negotiations were very straightforward. As a buyer I felt trust in Adam that he was communicating the truth to me in a way that we could come to a successful agreement and ultimately the sale of the house. On top of this, his aftermarket services after exchange including allowing my architect to measure up during settlement really show how much he cares about his clients not only from the start but till the end. I couldn't recommend Adam highly enough and commend him for being one of the "good guys" out there in the real estate game.

I acted as Executor of my uncles's estate and needed to find an agent to sell his house. On my first meeting with Joel Soldado, I was immediately impressed by his open and friendly manner. He was thorough in his explanation of the real estate process and the local market situation. He answered my questions directly, clearly and frankly. I felt he was being completely honest and not trying to apply any sales pressure tactics. I quickly felt comfortable with him and decided I could trust him to do the best job possible. Unfortunately, I live interstate and could not stay around to personally monitor the whole sales process. Joel took some matters in hand for me for me by completing tasks I could not stay to resolve. This included arranging property repairs, removal of old furniture and staging of the house. He kept me informed by phone and email of issues as they arose. He did not bother me more than was necessary but kept me diligently informed about matters as they arose. Once the property went on the market I was pleased with how smoothly and professionally the situation developed. To my amazement there were several offers made and the final sales price was negotiated up to the upper level of the estimate range. Having already sold with Sam in the past, we knew we were in good hands. Right from the beginning, Sam showed commitment to selling our property, knowing who our buyers were (demographic) and knowing the market, along with our expectations. Sam was transparent throughout, from fees involved to feedback post-inspections. Sam knew we didn't want him to sugarcoat anything.
