I acted as Executor of my uncles's estate and needed to find an agent to sell his house. On my first meeting with Joel Soldado, I was immediately impressed by his open and friendly manner. He was thorough in his explanation of the real estate process and the local market situation. He answered my questions directly, clearly and frankly. I felt he was being completely honest and not trying to apply any sales pressure tactics. I quickly felt comfortable with him and decided I could trust him to do the best job possible. Unfortunately, I live interstate and could not stay around to personally monitor the whole sales process. Joel took some matters in hand for me for me by completing tasks I could not stay to resolve. This included arranging property repairs, removal of old furniture and staging of the house. He kept me informed by phone and email of issues as they arose. He did not bother me more than was necessary but kept me diligently informed about matters as they arose. Once the property went on the market I was pleased with how smoothly and professionally the situation developed. To my amazement there were several offers made and the final sales price was negotiated up to the upper level of the estimate range. Joel proved to be very accurate in his prediction of the property value. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Joel to anyone in need of an honest real estate agent and a truly professional service.

Having already sold with Sam in the past, we knew we were in good hands. Right from the beginning, Sam showed commitment to selling our property, knowing who our buyers were (demographic) and knowing the market, along with our expectations. Sam was transparent throughout, from fees involved to feedback post-inspections. Sam knew we didn't want him to sugarcoat anything. Therefore he was frank with any negative feedback about our property/price, which we appreciated. We were never left in the dark about where the buyers were at re interest/offers. He would message or call daily, which made us feel at ease. Given Sam's high-level experience/knowledge in real estate, we wouldn't hesitate to go with Sam again for future sales/purchases.
