Our second successful sale with Luke
This is the second time we've sold a property with Luke and quite frankly I wouldn't use anyone else. He achieved an excellent result for us. Luke's communication and attentiveness to detail are excellent. He kept us up to date with every open house, told us how people were reacting to the property and kept us abreast of all offers. He went above and beyond spending time communicating with all interested parties, keeping them up to date with how the property was progressing. Luke combines a high level of professionalism with an ability to engage people with warmth and humour. This allows him to develop relationships which assist both vendor and purchaser - a real win win. We have no hesitation in recommending Luke most highly. He is an outstanding real estate agent.

Pleasant experience

A rare breed
I have dealt with many real estate agents in my time both selling and buying and I must say Adam was the best I have come across. I made it clear early that I was interested and didn't want any of the "classic" real estate agent mumbo jumbo regarding the status of the property and price. Adam was exactly this, a straight shooter who said it like it was. The communication was above and beyond and negotiations were very straightforward. As a buyer I felt trust in Adam that he was communicating the truth to me in a way that we could come to a successful agreement and ultimately the sale of the house. On top of this, his aftermarket services after exchange including allowing my architect to measure up during settlement really show how much he cares about his clients not only from the start but till the end. I couldn't recommend Adam highly enough and commend him for being one of the "good guys" out there in the real estate game.

100% communication

Outstanding service with an amazing result to top it off
As first time sellers we met Joel with a lot of questions. Joel stepped us through the process, options, what we needed to do and instantly put us as ease. For a process that is known for being somewhat stressful our experience quite the opposite. Joel, Adam & Belinda blended in to our family with ease, kept us well informed throughout the process and finished with an amazing result. We couldn't be happier with our selling experience, they are a great team!
