I highly recommend James Packham and his team at Harcourts Packham Property. I had several extremely accomplished agents appraise my house and it was a difficult decision to choose just one agent. My decision to go with James was that he was confident, fair, empathetic to my circumstances and above all genuine. It was the best decision I made. He delivered in every way and his communication was outstanding. My house sold at first open for the price I wanted. I must say I was exceptionally pleased with the result, given that I, the vendor, and the selling agent lived in different states. Michael and Jacob were also, from time to time, dealing with three clients (myself, my brother and my sister). I was also delighted that Michael and Jacob organised for cleaners, gardeners and furniture removal to have the property ready for public inspections. Their communication and marketing was also of a very high standard. I happened to be running late on the day of auction; but Michael and Jacob handled the process seamlessly, performing the auction with a great crowd and achieving a great result on the day. All in all our expectations were exceeded
