Shenal is a very skilled real estate agent in the Clayfield/Ascot area and I would highly recommend her. She has really great skills in terms of engaging and establishing vendor priorities, and was extremely prompt and proactive with the listing of our 2br unit in Clayfield. I feel that she achieved an excellent result in the sale of our property. I found her to be very personable as well as detail oriented and focused. We interviewed two other agents before choosing Shenal, and I felt very confident going forward with our managing our sale. There are subtle differences in approach between agents and I really feel that Shenal is top of the game in terms of setting a realistic price guide, managing an auction and multiple interested buyers, and ultimately getting a result that both vendor and buyer are happy with.

Gerard has strong knowledge of the residential market. He prepared us for the sale much earlier showing us all the steps to take when we decided to sell our house. From the initial market comparative analysis to the two hour long presentation on how to get the maximum price and why use him, to the actual process of sale, Kris was utterly professional, explained everything clearly, listened and responded to our concerns and queries, guided us where needed and firmly encouraged and influenced us when required. He communicated regularly, responded to questions quickly, advised us what to expect, what steps he would take when and then, very importantly, he took those steps. Everything Kris indicated would likely happen transpired, culminating in a record price for the size block in our suburb. In summary, Kris was superbly professional, responsive, guiding and, above all, extremely effective. I thank Kris for his conduct, counsel and, of course, the result. Andrew and Sam were always very responsive, available and easy to reach throughout the campaign, and we appreciated the effort they put into ultimately achieving a successful sale result for our property. Both were approachable and proactive with buyer follow-up, and we always felt they were working hard behind the scenes. The main area we would have appreciated more support in was communication clarity throughout the process. At times there was a lot happening across different parties and stages of the campaign, and we occasionally found ourselves needing to follow up for clarification or a clearer understanding of strategy, next steps and settlement-related processes. Overall though, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and persistence in getting the property sold.
