Wonderful agent who genuinely cares for her clients and goes above and beyond

I can't speak highly enough of Shenal as not only an agent, but as a human being after she helped me sell my apartment. She was recommended to me by a friend who she had sold an apartment for recently. Her and Sebastian are a committed team with great knowledge of the market and they provided the most exceptional service at all stages of the sales campaign. I had difficult tenants and was highly emotional about unforeseen challenges that arose, which she handled perfectly. Shenal is dedicated, compassionate and supportive, and cares about her clients and getting the best result for them. I was kept well informed about market feedback immediately after all inspections times, and she communicated directly with my Property Manager so I didn't have to intermediate. In the end, I sold my property for a price I was happy with, and was not pressured to accept a price below market value when the sales campaign hit a few hurdles. I will absolutely use Shenal and Sebastian again, and I recommend you engage them as well. They truly are the best.

Great experience, high quality customer service and communication

We recently purchased a home through Jared, along with his colleagu Wendy, and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was always prompt and professional, and they were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the process. As a busy buyer, I really appreciated how easy they made everything feel. Their customer service was excellent, and we always felt informed and well supported. I’d happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.
