Skillful, Patient, Results-focused
Basil helped us sell our house in Melbourne. It was a very emotional time for us as we were selling our first home. We chose Basil because we'd seen him sell a nearby house some years ago and liked his attitude and outlook - so we looked him up when it was time to sell. Basil coached us through the opens and into the Auction. When it did not sell at Auction, he helped guide us through the negotiations until we finalised the sale at a price close to our expectations. Basil is a genuinely decent person who is a pleasure to deal with. We would use Basil again if we were selling in Melbourne and recommend him highly.

Great Agent
It was important that I had an agent who was well versed in the area I was selling my home. As a local real estate agent, Basil had a wealth of specialised knowledge to share. The thought of going through an auction and sale process had always seemed intimidating to me. Basil's friendly demeanour made the whole process so much more pleasant. He makes you feel supported and informed, so that you feel comfortable in any decision you make. I would have no hesitation in recommending Basil to my friends and family.

Professional & a pleasure to deal with.
I chose Harcourts East Keilor Vic agent Basil Zoccali to sell my property because when I was researching various agents by attending auctions and watching auctions on line I liked the way Basil conducted himself with the people. Basil was always friendly and courteous with the sellers and the buyers and I liked how there was never any pressure put on a buyer if they decided to withdraw from the bidding, if anything Basil thanked them for participating and wished them well for the future. Once I got to meet Basil I found him very professional & he was really easy to talk to. I found Basil approachable and importantly I felt he took time to get to know me. During the selling campaign Basil kept me informed on how things were travelling with my property, what buyers were saying, about my property so I was always well informed. Basil was always available and patient with any questions I had which I am grateful for as this was a new and emotional process for me. I also liked that the person I was dealing with was the person who would be doing my auction. However I also have to commend the team from Harcourts as they all had the same professional ethic when it came to the level of customer service they delivered. My auction went well especially given the softening of the market and the competition of other properties for sale in the area. Basil coming from this area knew all about the great reasons to live here. The result was great for me and the people who bought my place. This was my first experience selling my property and yes I was very anxious on the day, however Basil and his team made it seamless and stress free. I felt I could trust them to do their job and I was not let down, they took care of everything. I would recommend Basil to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their home and I would engage Basil and his team sell my property again in the future.

Basil assisted us even before we signed to sell by providing advice on the purchase of our new property. His honesty and professionalism shone through at in home meetings and also in action at auctions. We were impressed by his knowledge of the area and surrounding suburbs. Throughout the sale campaign he was in contact frequently, updating us after opens and calls with potential buyers. Even after the sale of the house he has kept in contact, highlighting that his relationship with clients goes beyond what you would expect. Would recommend Basil and Harcourts for anyone who is looking to sell, as a family business, you are their priority, and this really shines through.

I chose Pat because he was highly recommended online. I was astounded by his negotiation skills and unreserved dedication to selling my property. I highly recommend this man if you intend to sell a property. I only have one regret... in that I couldn't add more stars to his negotiation skills.

Great Agent
I picked Harcourts Vision not only because I felt they could sell my house when the market was good but I was very confident that Basil Zoccali would be able to sell the house if the market went down as predicted The market did go down and Basil did sell my house. He kept in touch with me constantly as I was a little concerned about the whole thing .
