Basil has a great understanding of the market, particularly in the Avondale Heights/ East Keilor area. The advertising package was very professional, as was both Basil and Aaron's attitude when presenting the property for inspections. They kept me informed of what was happening, armed me with loads of knowledge, but never pushed me to make a decision in any particular direction. I would definitely recommend Basil, and Harcourts Avodale Heights.

We met Pat by chance as we were looking for an address and asked him for directions. He showed us a property he was selling and gave us information to help us in our search. Even when we did not buy right away he kept us up to date when a house that might interested us came to the market. At no time we felt pushed to make a decision or manipulated in any way. Eventually, a property suitable to our needs was for sale and there were Pat and his team to help us make our dream come true. Harcourts Keilor East is a family business and the boys grew up in my area. Pat came recommended from a very close friends mother which lead me to arranging a meeting to discuss the potential of selling my home. Towards the end of the meeting the decision was made to put the property on the market! That was unexpected. The process was made much less stressful as it was made clear from the beginning and the schedule was followed with regular contact/feedback as promised. The feedback was honest which helped me keep my hands on the pulse.By auction day I knew the true value of my home in the current market and so the result was actually a little better than expected. Pat was supportive while I went through the process of coming to reality. I didn't know Pat at the beginning but his personal approach helped to ease what is a stressful process in selling your home.
