Basil and his colleagues were professional and very welcoming. They made suggestions and were able to back up their position with objective data, but always left final decisions to me. I was able to contact staff at any time with queries and they also put me in touch with other professionals who assisted me in the sale of my house. Basil was open to new ideas such as a Sunday auction and really made auction day a festive occasion by engaging other locals such as a barrista. I would happily recommend Basil and his team to anyone considering selling their home.
