Working with Tim and Paige was a real pleasure. We worked through strategies and approaches to auction day. It was real team work. I was kept upto date all through the campaign process. I interviewed 5 agents and eventually settled with Tim. I loved how he engaged with me as this in my mind would reflect on how he would engage with the buyers, his honestly and advice through out the process was important and his pargmatism through the final auction negotiations. During the campaign I was kept upto date by Paige and we would go through the repeat potential buyers, those that had requested building inspections and the number of groups that came through the home at each opening and the general level of interest and how they valued the house. I must admit that I was a bit unsure at the start but then became more confident as it started to develop. It was more difficult when we had the tenants there and arranging suitable times for inspections. Once the tenants left and we had the freedom to work on the house and garden then it went smoothly. We were updated after inspections and we found the team very approachable and professional. Special thanks to Paige, Sabina and Wendy. Paige in particular kept us well informed and communicated frequently. It was great to see such a strong female presence in the team. Tim was there for the big decisions- and had the speakerphone on S the team could be involved. The auction ran well. We were worried to begin with but they got us to slightly over the reserve with the 2 final bidders. The flowers, coffee van at the auction and the gin& tonic gift pack were a bonus.
