Tim & his team communication skills were floorless, always kept us updated & had no hesitation in answering any queries we had. Made the process of selling as painless as could be. We even had a concern about the advertising board light not working all the time, we had an answer in a matter of an hour, no problems as taken as minor. Tim & Kiana, the sales team on our project, great to deal with, always gave honest answers to queries, extensive updates after all open houses, Important characteristics in top line sales personal, I believe is, personality, integrity & confidence in their ability to service clients, Tim & Kiana certainly radiated these qualities. You never felt like you were left alone. On auction day they did their best to keep my anxiety as stable as possible. Again, communicating with us during the Auction process. Heavyside even provided coffee on the day, (a wine would have been preferred?) to both Vendors & prospective buyers, relaxed all parties Much appreciated. Tim has the ability to select staff that complement his own high standards of professionalism both in the field & office. His knowledge of the area and Market was Fantastic. Marketing description of the Property and photos were great. Received detailed reports on all aspects of what was happening on a very regular basis.
