Prompt responses to our queries even after hours of her work, so patient and easy to deal with unlike other agents who don’t reply for a long period of time. Negotiation was fair, she didn’t leave us hanging like other agents. Great market knowledge, professional and sincere, always there to assist, offered suggestions, guidance and reassurance in the whole process from buying to signing up the property for rent.
