Tanya was wonderful throughout the entire process of selling our property. When we first started searching for agents, Tanya stood out by providing clear, thought out, well presented information on the sales process and potential price range for our property. She came acorss as kind, professional, and extremely genuine. I am sure Tanya was not aware of the challenges that we would face during the sales process but she handled them professionally and efficiently every step of the way. She managed issues that arose with the tenants in the property and worked closely with the leasing agents to ensure the best outcome for my partner and I. Even in trying circumstances she made us the priority and dealt with problems that arose with the leasing agents. On top of this, Tanya went above and beyond to ensure she provided effective and continous communication with us while we were overseas via Whatsapp. Tanya overcame challenges with open homes in wild weather and strived to ensure we still had a great sale on our property.
