They get the numbers through the home increasing your chances of someone finding your home compatible with their needs. When we decided to sell our Investment unit we knew Andrea was the best informed sales agent to assist us with this exercise. We purchased the Unit from Andrea and from our assessment of her style and market knowledge we knew she would be the best person to sell the unit. With Andrea's input we choose to sell the unit with tenant in place which achieve a higher price. We also knew Andrea would represent us to obtain the best price. Although we spent some funds improving the unit in the 2 years of ownership, we believe Andrea would have the Investment buyers in her database. We had a conract within 2 weeks, which was better than we expected. Big thanks to Andrea.

John was so helpful and understanding, being in a situation where we had to sell our property very quickly and before we left for our holidays he sold ours within 4 days. I'm sure he had someone on file ready to buy before it was listed, just super efficient.
