Being one of the more popular agents in the area, I was slightly worried we would feel like just another number to Richard, and wouldn't receive a personalised service; but that was absolutely never the case. When working with Richard, it always felt like we were his top priority, and he always made the time to provide advice, guidance and whatever else we needed.
