Brad’s market knowledge was absolutely outstanding, as were his communication skills throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he kept us fully informed, explaining each step clearly and making sure we were abreast of everything required. At no point did we feel unsure or in the dark. His consistency, reliability, and calm confidence made the whole experience far easier than we ever expected.
What truly set Brad apart, however, was the way he went well beyond what one would normally expect from a real estate agent. He personally coordinated the renewal of carpets, arranged for internal painting, oversaw a number of repairs and fixes throughout the dwelling, and ensured the property was styled beautifully. The level of detail he managed was exceptional—there were so many tasks he took care of that it’s difficult to list them all. His proactive approach saved us a great deal of time, stress, and effort, and we genuinely felt he treated the property as if it were his own.
