Being one of the more popular agents in the area, I was slightly worried we would feel like just another number to Richard, and wouldn't receive a personalised service; but that was absolutely never the case. When working with Richard, it always felt like we were his top priority, and he always made the time to provide advice, guidance and whatever else we needed. There were various speedbumps outside of Richards control, and he always did everything he could to provide assistance and support throughout the process, and was very understanding of my kids (who weren't the most excited about the sale). Richards team were all really great to work with, and I especially commend Monique - who has been attentive, responsive and extremely helpful. There was never any waiting around with any of the team, they were always completely on the ball, and very receptive to any feedback and/or questions that I had. I was happy with the end sale amount we received, and Richard was honest and realistic the whole way through the process - no false promises, which I've heard a lot of agents seem to use.
