We made our initial enquiry to sell our home three years prior and had Richard come to carry out an appraisal. Over the three years until we were ready to sell, Richard kept in touch at the right times - such as when a comparable property was open to inspect in our street, or when a property in the immediate area had sold. When we were ready to sell the property, Richard organised last minute trades who were all high quality and very well priced at a time when trades were hard to come by.
