His experience and knowledge was extremely helpful ,and our experience through the process has been fantastic. My situation was that I wanted to sell ASAP . Andrew and Ali are very professional and helpful. They have answered most of our questions and explained things patiently to me and my husband who are first home buyers speaking mainly Cantonese and some English. They attended to small details. For instance, I suggested meeting them at the property to hand over the contract and the bank cheque because I wanted to measure the space for refrigerator. Surprisingly, they even brought along a metallic tape measure and helped us out. Home hunting journey could be very difficult and harsh without their helps.
