John and his team were very efficient and professional. John's key strengths are his regular communication and willingness to talk through the issues and opportunities of a sale. He knows how to set realistic expectations whilst remaining positive. I found him very professional and he keeps things simple and moving along. In hindsight, there could have been some things that could have changed or explored about the process of the sale. However, in this instance there were mitigating circumstances which didn't allow more time for this. Overall, a very positive experience.

Carl is a gentleman through and through. Carl was very personable, the moment you met him you knew that he was a very genuine guy and that you have put yourself and your property in very capable hands. Carl has so much local knowledge (35 years) both in Cronulla Shire and Eastern Suburbs that the Data Base he has at his disposal is second to none. Therefore when he listed my property on line it got snapped up immediately due to his hard work behind the scenes with all the prospective buyers (from his data base) that he made contact with before the advertising campaign was initiated.
