Working with John has been like gaining a new best friend. I really valued the time spent working with John while we purchased our first home together, and navigated the off the plan process that this involved. John painstakingly took his time to answer a larger number of my enquiries, well before we were locked into the purchase. John went above and beyond to find the answer to my questions regarding the property, an especially tiresome task for him given my attention to detail and multitude of details that I requested. I felt like I could trust John while navigating through this journey, as he was always approachable, sincere and supportive all the way through the purchase. I can’t wait for our new build townhouse to be completed in the coming weeks and share a glass of champagne together upon settlement. Selling a home is such a daunting and overwhelming task, especially when it comes to selling the home of a loved one. My family and I are so thankful that we found Ben. Ben is caring, honest and down to earth, attributes that are so infrequently associated with Real Estate Agents. From our initial consultation all the way to settlement and beyond, Ben made the whole process stress free and dare I say simple. Not once did I feel like any of the decisions we made along the way were unnecessary or forced. Ben also assisted in arranging a local company to stage the home, and like him, reflected the same values and did an amazing job. He even went out of his way to return the keyring we had left on a set of keys after he handed the home over to the new owners, a very touching gesture. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to any prospective seller, and when the time comes to downsize from our family home I know there is only one person that I will be calling.
