Working with John has been like gaining a new best friend. I really valued the time spent working with John while we purchased our first home together, and navigated the off the plan process that this involved. John painstakingly took his time to answer a larger number of my enquiries, well before we were locked into the purchase. John went above and beyond to find the answer to my questions regarding the property, an especially tiresome task for him given my attention to detail and multitude of details that I requested. I felt like I could trust John while navigating through this journey, as he was always approachable, sincere and supportive all the way through the purchase. I can’t wait for our new build townhouse to be completed in the coming weeks and share a glass of champagne together upon settlement.
