Fantastic result
Adam was knowledgeable about every detail to prepare our house for sale The price he quoted was realistic and achievable he also kept us informed and gave feedback throughout the whole process . He managed to sell in the most difficult week due to COVID 19 when open for inspections were cancelled Whenever we sell again we will definitely get Adam to sell for us He is extremely honest and reliable

TOTAL HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL CARE
We received a recommendation from family members who employed Impact Real Estate to sell their home and purchase a new home about 2 years ago. They were glowing in their reference and so we chose James, Deb and the team to market our property. A great marketing effort from them plus generous and continuous information regarding prospective buyers saw our home sold relatively quickly and for a good price.
