Jacob Got it Done

Mr Stanton sold our house in a collapsing market for a reasonable price. He clearly understands the psychology of real estate sales and how to use an auction to gauge prices. I doubt if we could have sold with another agent. Jacob explained what he wanted to do and sought our approval where appropriate. He has a good sense of humour so the whole process as fun, if worrying.
