What a great experience! Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and Under Contract the next day for the price we had hoped to achieve! Michael spent time advising us on presentation prior to listing for sale, and had informed information about similar recent sales in our area. Michael was so professional, and he and his team quickly dealt with any issues that arose - often before we had time to think about the solution, they had already considered it and addressed the issue! We were very impressed with this. We strongly felt that Michael worked for us, the Seller, and considering the Seller is paying the commission, we felt it should be this way. It was refreshing to be able to phone Michael and know he would get back to us as as soon as possible. We were both definitely impressed, with Michael, and with the result.
