I am overwhelmed with just a 2-day process of my application. It is our first time to apply a lease for a property and they are very accommodating! I've had an extremely good experience with Jacobs & Lowe Mornington. I 1st rented a small unit through them when i decided to rent my own larger property out again, which i have done on and off over the past 10 years. Previously i had lived with a friend and never rented. My 1st dealings were with Kim, from the 1st time i met her could tell she knew and understood her clients. After approximately 6 months of renting i moved my own property over to Jacobs & Lowe after many issues with the agent at the time. My dealings have mainly been with Kim and Phil ( who i 1st rented out my own home through ) and have felt 100% confident and comfortable with over the past 4 - 5 years I've been using them. Every issue as a tenant and landlord have been promptly dealt with, and every step I've been kept up to date. If in the future i rent another property or rented my own property again, they will be the only agents i will deal with. 100% recommend.

We are a couple of Australians living in the UK therefore a lot of trust is needed with leaving a property in the hands of a property manager. Danielle at Jacobs and Lowe is wonderful. She always makes time to see us when we call in at short notice on our visits. We rely totally on her advice with property maintenance, repairs and improvements. She also provides great advice with tenant selection. I would have no hesitation in recommending Danielle and Jacobs and Lowe to landlords or anyone interested in a property portfolio.
