I have been with Jacobs & Lowe for over a decade now and they have always managed my properties in a very professional manner. Indeed they do look after my interests however they have good relationships with my tenants too, which means i know my property is in good hands. I cannot afford to have any errors, problems or hassles as i am often o.s., so it is important for me to trust an agent to manage my investment and based on their past management i would forsee this continuing long into the future.

I have dealt with Jacobs Lowe for 16 years in initially purchasing an investment property and then as the property managers. At all times dealings have been personal and professional. In selling the property recently, the same personal, communicative and professionalism has occurred. My property was sold in the price range quoted and within three weeks.

Excellent staff handle every need. Gave market knowledge ,credibility and negotiation a 3 star each as I dont know how they fit in with my rental, I haven't had to negotiate with any one. If you had a not applicable first star I would have used it.
