Never having to rent before was not sure of what to expect however found every one I dealt with to be helpful and prompt with their responses. Also the online agreement was very simple and straight forward. The star rating for market knowledge and negotiation is based on the fact that they really didn't come in to play in this instance.

Was not happy with the campaign. Used old photos of the house and was not able to achieve the same amount of rent compared to the same houses in the street. Staff are lovely
